Cute, entertaining but ferrets aren't interested in it., 5/14/2017

AB727 from Portland, OR,

I think this product might be more exciting for a cat or maybe just not these particular ferrets. My little dook-dooks were barely phased by this, even when I put it in a dig box or rolled it on the floor to let them chase it. The upside is that it doesn't seem easily destructible and I was able to leave it in their cage without supervision. But they still haven't taken to it and would rather play with plush toys and plastic bags, boxes, a bowl of water, etc.i do however like the motion activated light feature and think cats would be well-entertained by this item, even if only for a minute.

Doesn't Work Like It Says, 3/24/2017

GRITS from Oak Ridge, TN

I followed the directions on the back of the packaging. The only way that the ball will stay lit up is if I hold the button in. I'm glad that it was inexpensive.

Not a ferret toy, 12/5/2009

Crissy from Lewiston, Id

I bought this for my little girl thinking that because she was so young, that she would love it. I was wrong. She just passes it by as if it was just part of the floor. The ball itself is great. Loved the motion sensitive part of it and it works well....it's just not something a ferret is interested in...hum...maybe if it made noise.

My ferrets were not impressed, 8/1/2008

Cassie from Indianapolis, IN

I have a deaf ferret so I thought this light-up ball would be more stimulating for her than a ball with a bell. However, she was completely uninterested in this ball. And our other two ferrets weren't amused by it either.

A dud, 7/2/2008

Sherin from Springfield, NJ

So I bought this thinking it was a great toy. The first one that was sent had ?dead batteries or something so it didn't work. I was sent a new one as soon as I called, and it worked great! That's the good news. The bad news is most of the time my little fuzzies just ignore it. They don't seem to care about the lights or think it's entertaining in the least. They have more fun chasing after me and trying to pull my socks off!!!
