i was recommended this from a you tuber. we tried it out and our 3 ferrets have a bowl of this as well as marshalls in their cage. they are all healthy and have beauiful coats. cats and ferrets both are obligate carnivores and this has the protein and crude fat needed. our two cats and three ferrets all eat this.

I recommend this for cats only. This will make your ferrets stomachs upset. I use 1 tbsp as a mixer with my marshall carnivore plus ferret food and with in that week the stools are not looking toothpaste thick anymore. Once I stop using this as a mixer the stools are looking much better.

High protein and fat content along with antitoxidants in it that you won't find in other ferret foods. It is very small kibble. I feed all 6 of mine this and they have great coats and good weight. Blue Buffalo carries one with hair ball remedy that I recommend over this one even. I have never had a problem with any hair balls and I have had the ferrets on this for over two years.

I started feeding this food mixed with a food labeled specifically for ferrets soon after we bought our Loki and it's a great diet. I didn't realize that ferret.com sold this until now! I chose it because it is great quality and has the same ingredients and nutrition as some of the expensive ferret foods, just at a much better value per pound.
