I have bought several of these bowls. I have had them for about a month now. They help to litter train by putting them in all but 2 corners. My ferets have learned how to take the lids off! They still dig but not as bad. They love to wash there faces in the bowls. Overall I am happy with these bowls. I think the little angels will always find a way to dig there food out. lol

I want to change my review. I got the 24oz cups. 6 of them. A total waste of money. It did NOT stop any of my ferrets from digging... Well, it did for 1 day, and that was about it. This lip that keeps the food from coming out actuallay detaches from the rest of the cup. It did not take the ferrets long to figure out they can remove it. It does NOT attach to a Ferret Nation cage. This was a total waste of money.

I have tried so many different food bowls it's outragous. I bought 6, that's right, 6 of the 24oz cups. I will say, it did NOT stop their digging. Within 2 minutes of putting the cups in, my ferrets and dug out the entire food contents onto the cage floor. I did some modifications to the cups. THIS CUP WILL NOT CLIP ONTO A FERRET NATION. I drilled a hole in the center of the back of the cup. Placed a screw and the backing of my previous food dishes on the back and then screwed it to the cage. I will say after the first day of digging, I have yet to have another incident of digging. But then again, this is only the second day. I will say, I do like these for food. I only have 2 cups in the cage at the moment. They are bigger than they look in the picture. I gave this a high rating because I like them and because I am hoping that the digging has stopped because today was the first time they didn't dig.

Works great. Only a little bit of the food can get out. I just need to remember not to fill them past 3/4 full. The 10.5 ounce size is good for one ferret. Used two of them to help fill up corners to aid in litter training. The wires on my cage allows this bowl to be elevated off the floor so the ferrets can't dig out a lot of food on to the floor. They come apart for easy cleaning.

I just got these looking for an easy solution for my water/food problem. My ferrets always dig up the food and absolutely hate drinking out of the water bottle. The little lip on these containers prevents them from digging it up and spilling it all over the place, and the sturdy little hanger-things provides my ferrets with a great water bowl/face wash fountain. Excellent product, I will recommend!
However, I don't know how well it will work on the Ferret Nation cage, as their verticle bars are spaced out a lot more than the one I have. We'll see when I get one.
