although this product is good, ferrets won't use them. They'll just get frustrated and eventually pee/poo in it and be stuck rolling around in that. My Fuzzies quickly gave up and just fell asleep in the ball.
I recommend getting a pen instead

I bought this ball for my new ferret and she does not like it. I felt soo bad for her every time I put her in it she could not get around anywhere. I returned it better off with a harness and leash

I had a ball like this back when I had a rat. He hated it. He had no idea what he was supposed to do in it, and I really didn't see much point either. Why use a ball when they can just walk around? I don't reccomend this for any pet really, ESPECIALLY a ferret. Ferret's like to run around, and one of these would just confine it and confuse it. Don't waste your money.
