Please do not use this! A ferret is NOT a hamster and this should never be used for a ferret. Ferrets like to run around free, exploring things, and checking everything out, jumping around. You would put a cat in one of these would you??? This ball would simply be a waste of your money and certainly upset your fuzzy!!!

my 2 ferrets HATED this ball my 3 pounder could barely get it to roll around and just layed down in it or scratched to get out, this product is dangerous and you should only let your ferret to play in it for 30 minutes at a time supervised. i would not buy this product

Ive had this ball for a few months now and my baby hates it. She ca not gain her balance in her ball let alone run around. She cant get it to stop rocking so I have to stop it. She just lays in it or tries to get out. She has not been able to control it. It might be because its too big or somethling. I would not recommend this product. But hey, your ferret might be able to get it to roll but I wouldnt risk it.

My ferret loves he ball. She follows me all around the house in it. While Im doing chores, she follows me back and forth with it. She rarely gets herself into a place where she is stuck, however she does have a hard time rolling the ball from tile to carpet. She has to go to the other side of the room and run as fst as she can to get it over the carpet. Usually she needs help. I know from other reviews that some ferrets have trouble with this, but mine loves hers! Also, I have to be careful that the ball is fully locked or she will get out.

It may look fun for your fuzzies, but its not safe and can be dangerous. There are better toys for them. I think the ball seems more to entertain the human more than our fuzzy babies.
