my hamster had this....drips all the time. it doesnt come with anything to hold it up with. its alright if you dont mind a drippy bottle.

We like the fact that the bottle stays in place and the tube is always facint the right way, however, the plastic holder often breaks long before the bottle is ready to throw away. We have lots of bottles with no holder! Would be nice if they sold the holder separately. Also, we use the 8oz bottle for travel and show cages.

It's hard to clean! It is impossible to clean and you don't want to give your babies water in dirty water bottle. It's dripping forever! It's big but that's only pro it has and everything else is cons.

So we bought this water bottle thinking it was going to be convenient and it turns out to be completely useless... Don't waste your money on this because Not only does it leak but the holder doesn't hold it securely. The water bottle kept falling from it and I had to taped to it in order for it to stay in place! Terrible!

I like this water bottle. My ferret's kept waking me up at night with slamming there other one on the bottom of the cage. This one they can not get out of the holder. Ha Ha fixed ya!! So far I have not had an issue with leaking. I am happy with the product.

Have had for two months and my ferrets seem to like it. Bottle drips fairly regular but general quality is pretty good. The bottle can be a little tricky to get out of the holder clips...if you pulled on the clips to hard they would probably break...but I'm sure you could just super glue them back on. **Tip: the "real" brand of super glue is non toxic and safe to use around small animals - WHEN it is DRY! But the fumes let off during the drying process can be very harmful to your ferret(s)

BAD: this is a great idea, but it drips until its empty. if it had better construction it would be great buy. its a pretty high price for a piece of junk. GOOD: the flat side keeps it from rattling and slipping, and there is an adorable ducky refill reminder. great idea but bad construction. i would not recamend it.

Pros: I have had two of these. I really like the visibilityand I like how it fit snug against the cage so it did not rattle when the little terrors were fooling around. The neck of the bottle was fairly large so I could get in there and clean it. I like my ferrets near the sunlight part of the day so This made it easy to get the green out. Little guys loved it I had one for each! Con: the bracket broke on both. Granted I have had them like a couple years but still I do hate when things break. Now I have two good bottles but no way to secure them to the cage. So I have to buy all new just for the brackets.

I have bought so many of these but they keep leaking & dripping. I filled it in the afternoon by the night time the bottle was empty and the cage floor was soaked. My ferret ended up being seriously dehidrated. Don't buy this, it's not worth it.

every time i use this water bottle it leaks till its empty. I have to tilt the bottle to where it stops leaking. You cant even fill it up all the way or else it will start to leak again. Anyhow, just dont waste your money on this product.

I have 2 of these bottles for my guinea pigs. I have not had ANY problems with them. I like that they lay flat on the C & C cage (grids and Coroplast).

It leaked constantly and whenever one of my ferrets went over to drink from it, the water bottle fell and scared the heck out of them, they wouldn't go near it afterwards. At first I thought It would be great but I would not recommend this, I would recommend the Super Pet CHEW PROOF WATER BOTTLE, its much nicer. its cheaper and you will be much happier with it.

Most of my ferrets perfer to drink from a bowl, but I have one that greatly prefers bottles. Rounded bottles are harder to attach to most cages and have more room for diggers to mess with them. This flat-back bottle solves all of those problems. It's fairly easy to attach and remove/refill. I would recommend it for a vertical bar cage (like a Ferret Nation) over a mess cage (like Martin's Cages) since the bottle is slightly harder to remove/refill in the latter. I also love the ducky. Very cute and allows me to check the level with only a glance. My only complaint is that the screw has too much room to move, so you need to hold both ends while attaching it to the cage. This isn't too much of a worry if you have a Ferret Nation or other cage that you can detach the doors, or have an extra pair of hands. It would have been fairly easy for Super Pet to have made the screw stationary to help with attachment.

I bought the 32 oz bottle and every time I filled it, it would drip for 5-10 minutes. Its not very well made and doesnt fit well in Super Pet cages

this is a great water bottle because its clear and theres a cute lil ducky to show u the water level...but it dripps. after u fill it, if u give it a sqeeze itll stop leaking. i think it creates a suction, so thats why it stops dripping.

I just got this bottle for my ferrets. The great thing about it is its easy to refill and my ferrets cant knock it down. On the downside...it does leak some, but not near as bad as my old one. Its a great deal for the money.

This is probably the best water bottle I have ever owned. It is 99% leak proof, easy to clean and refill and easy for my ferrets to use. The only time it slightly leaks is when the ambient temperature rises too much and then it's only a couple of drops. It's awesome.

I got it in the mail last week. I already had the 16oz critter canteen, which I don't have a problem with, but this one is so much more easy. It's clear so I can see the h2o level so much better, plus the duckie is in the bottle to show you too. Mainly why I ordered it was the holder, you just attach it onto the cage wire and when you refill, all you have to do is snap the bottle back in the holder. I should of ordered two, or just a bigger size.
