Does NOT fit on outside., 5/29/2011

I thought this would be great for Chester because no matter what I use, he tips his food, I thought this would work because it can be attached to the outside. I can beleive I didn't think of this. 1. He would need vertical bars, 2. The bars would have to be 4 inches apart to fit the tray through. It just doesnt work. Im now using it on the inside but Chester can bump it and the whole thing falls down, gr.
