Rated 5 out of 5 by No food has captured her taste buds and attention in such a way a long time. The only way the test can pick up on heartworm is that it detects adult female heartworms or dying male worms and it takes 6 months for the worms to go from larvae to adult. Therefore interceptor is not to blame for her dog getting heartworm, but the advantage multi.Just wanted to clarify, although her vet should've told her this.Yes I would reccomend this product I have three dogs and I just put a spray of it down the middle of their backs and on their stomachs and their good for a month this stuff lasts forever and its not as expensive as the indiviual frontline I reccomend this stuff to people who have alot of dogs. Hi, My name is Cristina and I use this to treat Harry's megacolon twice a day.It keeps him regular and hes able to have normal bowel movements without getting severely constipated. This medicine is the same exact stuff my vet prescribes only cheaper. I'll give you an example of how much 1800petmeds saves me every month. April 23, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by I have a 3 year old male German Shepherd (Niko) that has had chronic ear infections since I adopted him at the age of 3 months. She thinks she is getting a treat each time she takes it!!Have bought this from PetMeds for 4 years and never seen a flea or tick on my dog!! I have 6 dogs and had tried everything, advantage, frontline and K9 Advantix, revolution, capstar (which does work for a day) but was not winning the war on fleas. April 11, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by It's also survived many washes in the dishwasher and comes out like new. She almost died once until we figured out what the problem was...she was not digesting her food and gases were building up behind the food causing her to bloat. We were advised to give her a Pepcid AC everyday with her meal.Well Pepcid is very expensive and it didn't seem to work quite as well as this does. The last bottle we bought has lasted approx 4 months and at $18 for 4 months it is much better than the $18 a month! I highly recommend this product to anyone not only for the tummy issues, but it has helped her be a very healthy and spunky 10 year old shepard! Thank you PetMeds for providing such a wonderful product.i have two pugs and they came down with a serious rash and it also caused them to lose hair in spots. i would recommend using k9 advantixThis product is a Godsend! We spent a fortune on Frontline and Advantage and other products that claimed to rid our beloved English Springer Spaniel of fleas and nothing worked. April 4, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by The size is just right for them and they fit into their little treat cup well along with other beads etc. Both of my dogs have allergies.I wish I could just pop her pill into the bowl with her dog food!\nAs a side note, my younger dog Lucy got hold of one of Tinker's Proin one time and sure enough, it made her vomit too. When starting a dog on this med you may want to keep them off of carpet or other soilable flooring until you know how they will do.Don't get me wrong, this is a great product and I'd totally recommend it over potty accidents.Just be aware there might be an initial tummy upset problem. Rated 4 out of 5 by First discoved ticks and purchased a flea and tick collar at your local pet store. Before he'd only eat small amounts of his food - now his appetite has returned. He listens to my instructions and has a sparkle back in his eye. I'm glad the vet told me about this product and that I have my puppy back! PS After one month his levels are at 177 and hopefully after a second month they will be in the normal range. As many others have written here, my dog had terrible side effects after using this product. He vomited, had diarrhea, and no energy. Rated 4 out of 5 by This was horrible for the price I paid it did nothing! I work at a Vet Clinic and just like humans there is a point where the pet reachs a tolerance to a certain medication.\nIf you have used it for years and now it is not working this MIGHT be the case.Talk to your Vet about this before making changes.\nThere are other products out there, give them a try and you should find something that works.\nFrontline is a great product.\nI won't use anything else on my pets.I have two small dogs.I had bought all kinds of flea prevention products that did not work.My house was starting to get invested with fleas.I took them to the vet about 3 months ago, he gave me comfortis and I have not seen any fleas on them since. In about hr I noticed that the fleas were dying. In about 4hr they had no fleas.I highly recommend this product. I usually give to them inside their treats.I have been giving my 14-year old German Shep mix Rimadyl and Tramadol for her hip pain along with some other joint supplements and she is like a puppy again! Rated 5 out of 5 by She also chewed and ate things not meant for chewing or eating. In most cases you get a healthy, strong well behaved and potty trained pet.Less money, stress and loss of time.\nAgain, I'm sorry for your loss and hope you possibly look into the alternative.I have a Pit Bull, rescued, as a matter of fact all 6 of my animals have been rescued (My pit is the only full bred animal I have, unless mutt is a breed) they are wonderful animals.Remember stereo typing is wrong.\nGood luck Jasper and Jen, Seriously... The word is compassion... October 16, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Buy! Indespensable I bought these wipes as an experiment. I wanted to find some thing that would be safe for both my fuzzies (Trick and Kenzi) and my ratties (Jace, Isabelle, and Mia). Before, when cage cleaning day came around, it was a bit of a hassle to have to either take the rats or the ferrets out of the room because the cleaner for ferrets cage wasn't safe for the rats or vice versa. The only ones I found that were safe for both didn't work very well, until I found this product. It works really well, doesn't have a strong smell or fumes, and gets the tough stains and stuck waste. All in all, very much worth it, and I wouldn't think of cleaning cages with out it. August 2, 2012
