slowly i discovered that my ferrets cage resembled a scene from peter pan. anyway this thing is amazing. kind of awkward to set up at first, difficult clips. looks more like an ark but thats ok. :3 i threw an old shirt in there and its her favorite place to be. she liked to cuddle under the towl on the floor of the cage and it was too close to liter box. highly reccomend this to anyone. btw the shirt i got with it was way to big for my super small lily

Not only was this ship half as cheap as in pet stores, but my ferret absolutely loved it! The only bad part about it is that it's really tough to get those little critters to come out when they're comfy, but with a complaint like that how can you not get it for your babies? Even when my first ferret passed, I gave this ship to my new weasel and he loves it just as much!

This is so adorable and hilarious I had to get it for my ferrets. The price is great here, and it's really durable. The only problem is I can count on one hand the number of times my ferrets have gone in here. They just don't seem to care for it. Sushi's played in it a couple of times by herself, I think she was pretending she was a pirate :) I saw Omnom in it once, and he looked just as shocked as I was that he was in there. No one will actually sleep in it though :( The shirt is also awesome, but my fuzzies won't keep shirts on for more than 3 seconds!

my ferret loves it both to play with and sleep in. And so far, it looks like he won't be able to destroy this hammock (fingers crossed!)

I have two boys and Albert loves it Who how ever could care less about it. I guess it depends on the ferret. It also beats the price at any pet store I had paid 30 bucks for it. I wish I knew about this site first =P

My wigglies and I really like this bed. It's large enough to fit my 2 ferrets, sturdy enough to withstand my male's attempts to dig through the bottom, easy to wash, and of course it looks really cute. The 5 different openings are great for when one ferret wants to leave and the other one is blocking some of the holes. If anything happens to this bed I will be buying the exact same thing again.

My girl ferret, Kira, has a terrible habit of chewing on most beds and any kind of fleece. She's really naughty like that, and it's pretty worrisome because although she hasn't managed to block herself up yet, if she keeps it up it's only a matter of time. She even does it when she's out of the cage (which is for several hours a day) so it isn't because she's caged too much. I think she just loves the taste of fabric, to be honest. So, I needed something for her and Dukat to sleep in that was both sturdy and that they'd actually like. Neither of them is very fond of regular hammocks, and many of them are flimsy enough that they wouldn't last when placed in a cage with Miss Kira, anyway. This adorable little pirate ship has been exactly what we needed! Both of them fit in it just fine, and although Kira has tried to chew at the edges, it's held up just fine in the few months we've had it. If it only lasted for a few more months, I'd still call it a great investment. Oh, and don't bother buying it anywhere else - ferret.com has the best price anywhere. Petco and Petsmart will try and charge you $25 for the exact same thing! Be patient, order it here, and save the money to buy more treats and things for your weasels ;) Oh, yes, and it does come with a cute lil' t-shirt and a pirate flag. The t-shirt doesn't stay on long, but my ferrets aren't really into wearing clothes. Kira is very petite, so she wiggles out of it right away. Dukat just gets it tangled up on himself eventually. Still cute for a photo, though! I took the flag off because I figured Kira would destroy it, but it's cute nonetheless.

Just got this in today and I just love it! It's pretty sturdy and can hold both of my boys and even stood up to digging. Both of my boys weren't totally sure what to do with it but my youngest seems to have claimed it already while my oldest thinks its a place to put his food lol!! Only has one large compartment but it makes it easier to get them out, not as though I bother them much when they are sleeping. It's also larger than I thought it would be. The shirt is super small and my youngest is tiny. Maybe it would fit a kit but it's hanging on the cage, I might open the seams a little so they can wear it for Halloween. I am very pleased with this purchase and had had my eye on it for some time now.

This little ship is very cute. I bought it at Petco for $30 but I wish I had bought it here for less than half the price! I thought my little boy would love it but he prefers one of his other beds in his cage. I've had it for about 3 weeks now and had to put him in it so he would test it out, and he still didn't really care for it. I have taken it out of the cage now to see if he will play with it on the ground. The t-shirt is SOOO cute but a little too small for Buddy, he's not terribly huge, but a little over 2.5lbs. He just will not tolerate the clothing thing even though I love it!

After much research, I purchased this "ship" and was hoping my fuzzies would like it - it got such great reviews. But, I put it in the cage and within hours the strap came unstitched. I tried to use it outside of the cage and they just looked at me like.."what are we suppose to do with this??!?" I guess with such individual personalities, some are bound to not like it.

This bed is awesome and if hung just right, it will wiggle around like a real ship when they play in it. My boys love climbing through all the holes and chasing each other through this bed. What's funny is when all three of them try to sleep in it at once. There are random furry appendages hanging out of the holes. Definitely a great buy. I'm gonna be getting another one soon.

My girl happily splits her time between this ship and a handmade sack hammock. She definitely approves, but two details to be aware of: There's only one "hatch" on the upper deck (the lower has two on each side), and it doesn't open up--meaning good luck getting out a happily dozing ferret!

My girlfriend bought the whole "set" for our ferrets (pirate ship, pirate net and bandit bridge). The Pirate Ship is their favorite. They love playing and having a nap in it. Its cool

From the moment I put it up, my 3 ferrets have all set sail in it. There is always at least one of them asleep in it. It keeps them warm and they def feel safe in it. Petco has this product for $30, its only half of that at Ferret.com. More than worth it.

Got this into Belle's cage about a week ago (bought from local pet store... $30.00) She was a little hessitant about it, it was the first covered hammock I'd put in her cage, so i was a little worried that she wouldn't end up using it. The next morning when I woke up she was curled up in it and she just looked so happy! She loves it i love love it and you probably will to!

Its cute, you can use it inside or outside the cage as the clips are removable and .. ferrets LOVE it ! I also love the tshirt that came with the Pirate Ship; its cute and it fits perfectly to my 2 ferrets !

We have 2 furry little pirates who simply do not want to share the ship ! They love having a nap in it and playing fight in it aswell ! The pirate tshirt is lovely and fits well to our 2 hobs ! Great !
