Our ferrets use this more to sleep in than to play in. We often find one or more sleeping in the big octopus head, cozied up together. That is about the end of its usefulness. The ends of the "arms" have wire in them, but the rest of the arms are simple material that falls flat, leaving it difficult to get in and out of them for energetic playing. The wire at the end of the arms does not hold the opening vertical like the picture shows, making it difficult to get in the ends as well. The only other thing they use it for, really, is after they get baths and spaz put in the room trying to rub on everything. I'd suggest a different tunnel toy that will stay open better.

I thought that my ferrets would love this thing, but unfortunately it's a little too small for them to really play in. It'd be great for them to sleep in, but it's too big to go in the cage, even the large 4 floor ferret nation like I have. The main problem is it's so lite, that my ferret ends up just dragging it around, tipping it over, and smooshing in the top from the outside. In the end they lost interest pretty quickly. Now it just sits in a box, not really used any more.

Our 4 ferrets don't really play with it. Once or twice through it and that's all. The legs aren't stable enough or really large enough for a full grown ferret. Our big guy would love it, if he could get inside. Only have one female who will take a nap in it. It is a cute toy, but only if your ferrets like it.

They love to play but also love to sleep in it. Looks comfy for the little ones. Its a MUST HAVE for any ferret owner !

I bought this for my ferret because she loves to sleep in hoodies and sweatshirt sleeves. It took her some time to get used to it but she plays in it and sometimes I find her sleeping in it. She is a small, just less than 2 lbs and she can fit in it ok, but I would not recommend for a larger ferret or multiple ferrets.

My 2 ferrets absolutely love this product! They love cuddling inside and even on top of it. I have sooo many cute pictures with them sleeping and their heads popping outside the legs. Definite must have!!!

I purchased for my two ferrets. It isn't their favorite and I only take it out once every few days to make it new to them. They will play with it for about 5 to 10 minutes. They do love me twisting it in the air though. They jump up and try to catch the flying arms and dook at it so you might want to try that. Very sturdy though. I've had it for years and even though they chew on it somewhat it doesn't really have any wear on it.

My fuzzies like to sleep in this toy, but the tunnel legs don't stay open, and are made out of a flimsy material. My girls have difficulty using the tunnels in interactive play, and that sure does take the "PLAY" out of Octo-Play.
