my cage now looks like a cage from peter pan. i got the aligator with a blue towel on the bottom and at the top i have the pirate ship hanging at the top. i love waking up finding her head hanging out the side of the gaters mouth. briliant. highly reccomend if your ferret likes hiding upder blankets to sleep.

The gator is a beloved member of our small business here. At first the ferrets wanted to snuggle down inside and nap during playtime (there's room for 1 big or 2 medium-small ferrets inside). Then it became a safe spot for defense during wily ferret battles. Then my boy Omnom decided it was his job to escort gator around the room, and try to stash him in the closet daily. And Sushi likes to chomp on his leg and shake him about. Gator has held up very well through all the fert abuse, and he is sooo cute looking! (I have had to patch up the sewing on his leg once though) Fert and human approved, to the max!

The alligator came, I put it in the cage, and my three fuzzies immediately had to investigate. Our most dominant girl decided it was "hers" and has slept in it ever since. Comfortably fits one, but two fuzzies can fit in there - as evidenced by the fighting over the alligator. Robustly made and it holds its shape, enabling ferrets to easily climb in and out. Well worth it!

Our fuzzy has so much fun playing and sleeping in this plush aligator hidey sleeper. Its made almost like a stuffed animal yet its washable. Very cute and yet practical.

I ordered this over a month ago and it was out of stock, and so i wrote to customer service saying it will be in stock soon, well another two weeks and still nothing. I have still not gotten this and very unpleased on how i will prolly not get my money back or the toy!

My little girl was a bit confused by this at first because it was kinda flattened and the mouth looked closed, after I washed and dried it it fluffed nicely then I flipped back the top of the mouth and she's loved it ever since.

I recently acquired two ferrets, Rocky and Que. I have always wanted ferrets, so I decided to go all out, I got them the big cage, octopus play thing, tent, pirate ship, and tunnels. At first they didn’t really play with it, the mouth dose not stay open, so they couldn’t figure out how to work it, or get in, so they laid under it or on top of it. I have it in their cage and used a strip of Velcro attached to the upper mouth part, and to a bar to keep the mouth open; now they love it, Rocky especially. They like to sleep together in the tent, but Rocky sleeps in here a lot, he loves it. Great for sleep areas, also it holds up great in the wash; I put it through the washer and dryer and it held its shape great.

One of my ferrets favorite toy and, of course, resting place ! I find this toy really funny and just perfect for my boys. Its large enough for at least 2 ferrets.

I just got this toy for my four ferrets and the girls LOVE IT! While it took a minute to get the hang of what to do with it (my toy hog decided it was time to try and drag him all over the cage...) they adore this toy. There are already squabbles as to who gets to sleep in it first etc. They're having a blast and I'm very happy with my purchase! It was prices SO much better than most pet stores and the construction/materials seems like it will hold up well with four that aren't big toy chewers. THANKS ferret.com!!!!

My babies love to both sleep and play in this gator. It's adorable to watch them play in it and poke their heads out. I have one big boy and a kit. They both fit in it comfortably. I'm sure when she gets bigger they won't both be able to fit in it but for one it has plenty of room. And they love the ball inside.

I got this + the ferretopia carpet shark toy. They are both well made + comfy toys. There is a small bell sewn into the inside roof of this gator which makes this BeBee's fav. Once he's finished w/the bell....he sacks out! He's very comfortable in there + is seemingly becoming a fav hideout as well. So finding him has become a little easier too.

I am owned by three fuzzies and they were curious as soon as I took it out of the box they were up at the side of they playpen and wanting to get out and play. Needless to say they all got to inspect it one at a time so that they each could sent it. They love it!!!! Will purchase another one for a spare.

My ferret enjoys sleeping on and in the alligator, and occasionally hides food under it in his cage. I've had it for quite a long time now, and the material is really durable after weekly washes.

this is a cute, soft and perfect resting place for 1 or 2 ferrets (and maybe 3 !?) ! They simply love it and they also love the bell ball inside !

I recently presented my ferrets Umi and Phatz with this alligator bed. They seem to really love it! Out of all the beds I have in their cage I see them sleeping in this one more than others. And its incredibly cute when you see their head popping out of alligator's mouth. I've run the bed through the wash and it has held up which is very important! The only downside is that it's not big enough for both of my ferrets to cuddle together but they can still enjoy it one at a time.

i had gotton this a couple of weeks before i got my Rats and i just got them 2 days ago and they allready love it! when i first went in to check on them, i thought that they had gotton out of the cage, but then, i realized that they were in the gator! now its hard to get the smaller one (Manny) out of it!

My ferts love this. I hear them playing with the ball in it at night. Helps with boredom for them when they have to be in the cage.Oh and 2 ferts can fit in this.

I have a male & female ferret. They both love this alligator! At first Penelope took it under the bed. When I finally got it back from her I put it in their cage. Now Rascal and Penelope sleep in it every night. I truly believe ANY ferret will love this! Great price too!

My ferrets were curious was was going on when I was taking it out of the package. As soon as I placed it on the ground my fat boy waddled his way in and loved it! The other 3 equally liked it and they keep trying to steal the ball out of the top. Great and cute!

My 2 furbabies love this alligator!! It's big enough for both of them to lay in together (avg sized male and female) and dark and cozy, just the kind of place they like to relax. I do wish it was machine washable though! I'll probably wash it in a lingerie bag in the gentle cycle and hope it holds up!

My ferrets absolutely love this alligator. I leave this in their cage during the day and when I go to let them out I typically find 2 of them inside the alligator. It fits nicely, easy to wash, and very very cute.

My two ferrets absolutely love this gator..... I have to beg them to come out.... They play for hours with the little ball that hangs inside.... This is a must have!.... At the petsores its much more expensive!!

Everyone who sees this thinks its absolutely adorable. I have three ferrets and they all pile inside (at times half hanging out). My smallest loves to bat at the little ball inside whenever she takes a visit inside.. It is very well made and durable. Highly recommended!

My ferret Mellow just loves this thing. He to a hold of the bell inside and dragged the thing across the room. It is really funny if you have a big ferret like I do, because the poor toy get filled to the max with a fat ferret. Anyway, I love it and I'm glad I got it.

My 2 ferts went crazy over this toy. I don't know who enjoyed it more, me or them, there's something about seeing a plush alligator wiggling around in the floor, 'Dooking' like crazy, and then watching two curious little faces popping out of it's mouth! This toy seems quite durable and well made. After a busy afternoon of playing with their new toys from ferret.com, I found both of my boys asleep inside of the gator, absolutely adorable. The younger of my boys quickly discovered the bell inside of the alligator and spent half an hour laying on his back, batting the bell back and forth. Overall, this toy provides excellent entertainment, is well made, and is well worth the price. I would recommend to anyone.

I have an orphaned squirrel for whom I ordered the 'gator. The first night he had it, he eyed it suspiciously. The following morning, he decided to consider it -- he climbed into the 'gator's mouth, went all the way back to the tail and promptly fell asleep, on his back, with his head inside the tail. I've ordered a second one so he can have one while his current one is being laundered. He much prefers it to his two hammocks which hang, unused, in his cage. In fact, he climbs the ladder to his cage and puts himself to "bed" in his 'gator! Every little critter such as Buddy needs a 'gator!!

A must have for all ferts! They love playing in it so much that they fell asleep in it! It fits 3 average size ferrets easily! Worth the money!
