When my little guy came home with me at about 2.5 months old, this was his first toy and he absolutely LOVED it. It could entertain him for hours. However, he chewed through the rope and hid the fuzball end of it somewhere and I haven't seen it since. The wand never fell apart while he played with it but the sticks did come apart fairly easily.

It's a great toy, my ferret never tires of playing with it. The price is really good, compared to others I have seen. The only problem is that after a minute of your ferret hanging on it, the poles snap. But that's only part of the fun, because then my ferret runs off with it and its my turn to catch it. (The poles don't literally snap, they slide into one another, so you just reaattach it.

My ferrets loved this! The middle part of the rod always came off, though. But it's well worth the price! I went through three.. my little white ferret always stole each one and took them under my bed (her "stash") and wrap the string around the middle leg, making it impossible for me to get out!

I got one in December. Let me say, I LOVE IT, MY FERRETS ADORE IT, and my friends laugh so hard watching ferretness running around after it. it has recently passed. *tears up* but it lived a long time for the abuse it went through. Anyone new to ferrets should have one, it's the perfect icebreacker. safely playing with your animal.

My 2 Ferrets love this toy they both go crazy following it around while i am on the bed shaking it it. they bite, pull and it's strong. my ferrets do no play with any other toy exempt this one. another good thing about this toy is the it comes apart cus the stick is kinda long

Best Toy Ever!, 9/2/2008

This toy is fantastic! We have two ferrets(girl & Boy) who have more toys than any human child. They will go for hours with this even if one of us isn't shaking it. We have one of the play pens (another great investment) that we put all of their toys in with them and this is the one they play with 9 times out of 10. Its a great acomidation with the tubes too. They drag it in there and love to have someone try and pull it away! It's the best toy ever that we have three!

This product is great!, My ferrets will play and bat at it for as long as you jingle it. Poles will come apart if you play tug o war with it but holding it in the air and even with the ferrets pulling down on it, it doesnt come apart.

My 2 little guys love chasing this thing...Theyll wear me out every time. If I dont have it to play with them, of course, it gets dragged under the couch withing 30 seconds of them figuring out its out of their toybox. Again, as above, the little connector things pop off if youre trying to play tug of war or something, but I just use the first handle...great fun for them...

the toy is great its just the fact of the stick is not sturdy at all the red sections pop off with my baby ferret who pulls on it so if you have a older ferret it might not be a good idea unless you want to tape the sections together besides that your ferret will get a kick out of the toy it has a bell inside of the plush toy with the hair on it makes my ferret go nuts
