Not suited for ferrets, i.m.h.o.
Matter of fact, it's actually kind of junky, but you get what you pay for, I guess. Two of the hooks broke upon installation in the cage and the last two when I removed it. I.m.h.o. it's not suited for ferrets because of its miniature size. It wouldn't even fit my 3 1/2 month old. Might be okay for ratties, dunno, never had any. Would not buy again, nor recommend.

This hammock is VERY little. 2 of the clips on mine broke when I was trying to attach it to her cage. My ferret will get in it on occasion, but not much at all. Just remember you will get what you pay for with this product.

I bought one of these for my pet and when i received it in the mail all four hooks were already broken. But for the price I just used safety pins to hook it to her cage. It is a few months old now and the black backing is falling off. She crawls inside it to sleep now. I think it's time for a new one

I bought this when I had just one ferret, and he didn't like it at all. He wouldn't even stay in it when he was placed there! But when I got my second little guy, he loved it and is in it constantly. I guess it's just a matter of personal preference haha. One of the straps is starting to fray and will need replaced soon, but at this price I don't mind. It's definitely worth it!
