OMG our boys are seriously ADDICTED to this...I got it because my first boy has GI issues and is a picky eater...I'd gotten a number of other supplements before it which he didn't like very much but this is like the ULTIMATE treat to him and when we adopted his brother Oliver, he reacted to it the same way, maybe even more enthusiastic. EVERYTHING STOPS when they see the tube...it's very cute and funny. Only down side is that I have to be careful not to give them too much since they love it so much and keep begging for more.

I'm a believer in this product, and now my vet is too. My oldest ferret was 6 when he became so ill that the vets felt it was his time. I took him home so I could spoil him for his last few days with me. Fortunately I taught him to take water from my mouth, because that's the only water he would drink. Then I gave him Ferretvite, because he wouldn't eat anything else. I gave him water every two hours, and a Ferretvite dose of 1 tsp. per 1 pound of body weight, split over 24 hours. I did this for 3 days, then he started eating and drinking on his own. I believe that is what gave me two more years with my sweet boy. My two younger ferrets now get a small maintenance dose every day, and if they stop eating and become ill... Ferretvite is all they eat until they are better. It really has proved to be a life saving supplement in this ferret home.

We have bought all kinds of treats for our ferret...I have around 9 or 10 open and unused types of ferret treats (all name brand)...he hates them all...We got him this for the nutritional aspect of it...But suprisingly he LOVES it...Ive trained him to come by name by giving him this daily...he cant wait for it.

When my first ferret was a young kit he loved this and it was the only treat he would take. When we got our next few ferrets we used ferretvite instead of kitten food and baby food to make them gain weight and they loved it. We recently brought a rescue home and she was very underweight but after using this along with evo food she is now healthier. Great as a treat and food supplement.

My ferret loves this product. She likes to lick it off my fingers and sometimes I'll put it on her food because she goes nuts over her food and also stops digging in her food dish as well. Definitly an exellent product! I highly recommend it to everyone who owns a ferret.

I have 4 rescued ferret girls and this stuff was instrumental in getting them back to a healthy state. I give them about a 1/4 tsp a day and I highly recommend this for all ferrets at least on a weekly basis, but if you have rescued ferrets, this stuff will get them back to a healthy weight if you add it to their daily diet.

Before I left for vacation, Duncan was showing lethargic signs and not just being himself. I tried the FerretVite and he miraclalously took a turn for the better. I was really worried about him and the fact that I would have to deal with another death. In the time I was gone he lost his fur and grew new back thicker and healthier. In my eyes, FerretVite is a miracle vitamin! We are both very happy with it. He just Loves it and I am happy.

I stumbles across this when my daughter's fuzzie got an awful cold, she was not eating very much, but would drink. I gave this to her every day and held her in my lap so she would get it all. We were able to get her through her illness and no lose too much weight.
I now give it to both fuzzies a few times a week just as a supplement, I like what it does for their coats and in general they seem happy, I get kisses when I put it in their dishes.

I have been using ferretvite for over 10 years with all my different ferrets. There is no denying the difference it makes. They become so shiny and soft and I have never had any health problems. I have ran into some picky eaters that would not touch it or any treat for that matter. However I could get them to eat the ferretone and once I got them addicted to the ferretone I would mix the 2 and in a day or so they would eat the ferretvite by itself. I have tried every vitamin out there and none of them make as much of a noticeable difference or is as well balanced as this one.

FerretVite is the best supplement I've found. My babies thrive when they get their daily "treat". I stick this "treat" in their mouths and I can do virtually anything I need to: clip nails, check ears, etc. They don't even realize this is nutritious!!

I have 4 ferrets and they all love this product! It is good for them nutritionally, and it is a great supplement. Sometimes if one of the ferrets doesn't like a new food that I am trying out on them, I will add a tiny amount to the food, and VOILA, THE FOOD IS GONE!

I've always fed my Sushi girl kitten food & furovite. Then I got her a mate (Hashmire) he wouldn't touch the furovite. I found this stuff and they both love it. I haven't had it that long and he's already gaining weight and his fur is getting soft : ))))). I'm so happy I found this. I was very worried about my boy.

My girl absolutely love that product. I noticed that her hair became softer since I give her FerretVite!.. Every morning before I leave to work, I give her some ferretvite, but she have to rollover to get it :)! Very good product, the price is good, and my ferret love it!

I have three Ferrets and the one who is almost 8 came back from his death hammock after only a couple days of Ferretvite. My younger male would eat nothing but his food. No treats of any kind, not even Ferretone or the hairball medication. He got sick, quit eating and loss weight. I tried different treats and anything I could get my hands on. It wasn't until I gave him some of the older ferrets Ferretvite that he finally responded. He started eating again, gained back some of his weight, and is a playful, happy boy again. All three now get Ferretvite daily and they think they are getting the best treat in town. I can't say enough good stuff about this product. I have noticed it's become runnier like the other reviews have stated, but if you put it in the fridge, it's great. Thanks to 8in1 for this life saver of a product.

I started using this vitamin supplement after having my current fuzzy a few months. Her hair was very course and I felt she was underweight. Her fur became much softer and she filled out. Plus she loves it! It also helps when I need to trim her nails.

I have four fuzzies, each with a different favorite treat. But ALL of them LOVE this FerretVite. It is a bit runny when first opened, and gooey...but they absolutely love it. This was the only thing one of our ill babies would eat. Thank goodness for FerretVite!

Last year we had a flea infestation, unknown to me my ferret got a tape worm from ingesting a flea, he lost tons of weight and the hair got thin, none on the tail. The vet called it propesia, I decided to try the vitamins, in less than 2 months, he gained all his weight back and his hair is thick and full and very shiny, I swear by this product!!

I owe so much to this product. I had several fuzzies over the years and each one loved this product. 2 years ago we lost our Fuzzy Bandit to cancer at the age of 5. His cage mate Bump was heartbroken and didn't want to eat. I had some Ferretvite on hand and tried coaxing him with it and it worked. Since then, Bump gets it every day. Bump is now 7 or 8 (all of our fuzzies were rescues) and going strong. I thankful every day that this product is on the market.

My 8 guys & gals love the stuff but I now have to put dollops on a lid to give it to them because it has become so watery. I put it in the fridge to try to stiffen it up some. I called the company & was told it separates when it becomes too warm.

I have been buying this stuff for years, and the ferrets love it. I have noticed that the "goop" as we call it, is more watery and messy. I am wondering if they are cutting the formula to save money, because some tubes actually shake like liquid at the stores. I am still buying this, but something changed along the way.

My two ferrets love their vitamins! I originally purchased this product because my two critters are getting up there in age. They're both 7 years old now and my male was looking very thin. He also started to get very flaky skin that would start to scab up from biting and scratching. I started giving them the FerretVite and in a matter of a couple of weeks his coat and skin wasn't flaky at all anymore and he put back on the weight he lost. Plus it's a nice bonus that they love this stuff. They see the tube and in a matter of seconds they are at my feet. The price on this site is also amazing. When I first purchased this in a pet store it was $8.99-- more than double the price I got it for on here.

I have three ferrets. Two are over 6 years old and the third is under a year old. Even though they are far apart in age they all absolutely love this product. They are vitamin addictics...As soon as they see the tube of this gooey stuff they go BONKERS!! Sure it's messy, but worth the price and happiness of my little monsters. The best part about it is that is benficial to their health as well. Sushi, my newest ferret, wound up giving Tweek and Chachka, my two elders coccidia. After foolishly purchasing her from a petstore, and to make a long story short it caused weightloss in the two elders. This product brough my carpet sharks back up to their plump sleves again.I owe my babies life to this product!! 20 paws up!!

Have been giving my guys this supplement for a year. Even the new babies when they see the others going crazy over it want some too! If it seems watery, knead the tube a bunch squishing it and put it in the refrigerator a while. My ferrets love it chilled and it will be less apt to be messy. Funny thing is....my ferrets Never Complain! Very good appetite stimulant! Very good for weight gain or sick ferrets! Put it on new food, they will love it.

I've been buying this brand of treat for years and it seems like they changed the formula lately to make it VERY liquid. It used to have more constistancy so I could squeeze it onto my finger and give it to my kids that way, but now, it just drips out like syrup. They still love the taste, but hate hate hate getting it on their wiskers...I prefer the old formula and will be switching to the marshall product for more consistancy.

This stuff is amazing. I have a 6+ year old male that stopped eating and rapidly loss weight. After 2 days of not eating and becoming dehydrated, I checked him in to my local vet hospital. After 2 days with them they suggested ending his suffering. I didn't feel Ralphie or myself were ready for this yet. I researched products to stimulate his appetite, and found Ferretvite. He loves it, has put back on a couple ounces and plays like he is 3 again. He has started eating normal again but still wants his daily dose of Ferretvite, witch I gladly give him. He gets it in the morning after playtime when I return him to his cage. He thinks he's getting a treat, I know he's getting a Life Saver!

My little babies love this stuff! I have 2 little boys that just plain wont eat nugget treats. They just dont like them. However when I pull out that white and green tube, they come runnin! I put some on a spoon and they have at it. Its hard to keep them apart sometimes as they both attempt to eat it at the same time. My little girl didnt take to it at first, but she has to do everything the others do so once I started giving them thier vitamins, she pushed herself in to get some too. Overall, a great product and I recomend this to anyone who has little fuzzies.

If one gets it on their nose they chase each other around. Me and my husband love watching them lick it off each other.its so cute And it also put weight on my smallest one. And on top of that my pickiest ferret cant get enough of it. So I love this stuff. They werent lying when they said you ferret will LOVE IT!

This supplement is great!! I adopted 3 homeless fuzzies; one was super undernorished and all three had wirey coats and bald spots. I knew I had to do something. This supplement not only got my Whitey to be chunky, but all 3 got coats as soft as my baby. 18 months later and all 3, along with my baby fuzzy have the softest, full coats and are plesantly plump. When they hear me going into the cabinet where I keep the tube they come running for what they deem a treat!!

I call my ferret the "toe-biter" because she gets all crazy and attacks my feet, it's cute. Once I get the tube out and she sees it, she stops and walks over to get some! It's funny! she absolutely loves this stuff! I recommend this to anyone who has a ferret!!!
