I didn't know about this product when I owned my first ferret quite some time ago. The people at the shelter I adopted Ripley from showed me a great trick....A half teaspoon on the tummy and they don't even notice you are clipping their toe nails! I wish I would have known this sooner!!!! Makes it so much safer and easier when they are still.

I haven't had a ferret that didn't love the taste of Ferretone. A little dob every day helps them stay healthy and looking good. My ferret now is an old man and looks great.

My rescued ferrets came to me with course, dull fur, and in just a few shorts weeks of using this stuff, their coats are fluffy, soft and shiny. They love the taste, and I use it to occupy them while I trim their nails and clean their ears. I highly recommend this stuff.

Ferrets love the stuff just got it today!! Note: if your ferrets are more than a 9 months old its very hard to introduce new tastes to them. Rub some on a treat or a q tip and try and get some on their tongue. I found that’s the best way. My question is about the serving amount… the tape the company wrapped over the bottle has taken off the label? The directions say Mix directily in ____ Daily ___________ Below for optimum results. Then
Adult Ferrets: ¾ teaspoon ________________ ons daily…

i now have 14 fuzzies ranging in age from 1 yr. to 5yrs old. they all love thier ferret tone i mix it in their food and they all go crazy over it

This stuff is SO good for your ferret. I also use it on my cats food. It makes thier coat so beautiful and healthy. I put it on her tummy when I want to cut her finger nails, or if I just want her to sit still for a minute or two. I even give it to her when I bathe her so she associates something happy with getting a bath. LOVE this stuff, the ulitmate treat!

My Ferrets eat this up even when they are sick! Pour a little on their belly and they are so busy licking it off you can trim their toenails without any hassle!

Currently we care for 8 ferrets. I roll the big pieces of Marshall Ferret Diet in about a tablespoon of this supplement and all ferrets take the pieces like candy! Let it absorb into the pieces. Great way to get the ones who get pushed away from the bowl by others to have their supplements! Great way to bond with new ferrets. Gets biters over the habit of nipping.

Bought this 1 week ago at a local, "discount" pet store. 11.99 plus tax. Ferrets (4) love it. After only 1 week all have softer, shineier coas, are calmer and more loving. Our little black fert was mistaken for a baby mink she is so soft! Stools are less smelly, fewer, and firmer also.

This is like crack for ferrets and it's so good for them too! This stuff is the best help when clipping nails, enticing a stubborn fuzzy out of a tight spot, training, etc. Not only is this a great product, but this is an insanely good price. I paid $7.69 (plus tax) for the EIGHT OZ. bottle in a local place! Wish I'd looked here first. :-( Oh well, I'll be getting it here from now on!

We mix ours 1/2 and 1/2 with Canola Oil. This will help your ferretone go further. Ours love it. Start with 1/3 Oil and 2/3 Ferretone.

PLEASE ferret.com - don't run out of this great product! My kids depend on it for their treat as well as it being a great nutritional supplement!! I also use it to help with nail trimming (see other reviews)as well as a reward for their good behavior! (ie:using the litterbox!) As a ferret owner for over 20+ yrs. I highly recommend this product for all ferret parents!

This is fantastic for when you trim nails you put a little on there tummy and they lick away while your trimming nails. Yes they try to lick fast so you have to put more on. They love it and it makes nail trimming easier.

Not only do they love this stuff like addicts and it makes their coats shinnier and softer, it actually "lubes" their insides, making hairballs slip easier through their insides. Best thing you can give to your ferrets. They will beg you for it, guaranteed. ;)

I bought this stuff because i know its a trat for ferrets and i also read that it can be used to distract them while clenaing their ears or clipping nails etc. at first i was adding a few drops here and there into their food and mixing it. ive noticed they have a little more energy and their skins and coats look more healthy. when i bathed my ferrets, after takign them out of the water they would freak out and shake and didnt wanna stay still in the towel. so i put a little on my finger and they jsut sit there and lick it off. so i guess it takes good too because they were licking it like candy. im gonna use this stuff too when i clip their nails in a few days.

I got this hoping to make my ferrets softer, it did that and so much more. They now know the sound of the bottle, the look of the bottle, anything related to ferrTone. My friends starting calling it Ferret Crack and i now dont say I need ferreTone or write FerreTone on my list, i write ferret crack. Must have item...from litter training to grooming you cannot get things done without this stuff. My guys didnt like it at first, but now its like crack for them. Easy to trim nails, clean ears, everything...they figured out in the first week I had them if they used the litterbox before playtime they got a treat, they even started faking going, and still do occasionally. They go take care of business as soon as they hear me get their bell collars out when I get home from work, this is why...must have...

I'm using TONE on all four of my ferts as a training tool, a reward and just because I love them. My two shelter boys came to me 3 months ago with dry and dull coats and you should see them now. The oldest, Bart has the softest white coat I have ever seen on a ferret. And they are all hooked on it.
