Great dinner, 10/10/2011

My three ferrets love this can food. They like it best when I add a little hot water to it to make a "gravy" with it. I feed it twice a day every day.

I bought 12 cans of this food based on the reviews of others and shipping costs; I thought "hey, I have 5 ferrets surely they will like it". Big mistake! I have 3 sables and 2 whites and not one of them would eat it!!! And I can't return it because it's a food item. Before buying a stock of it try 1 first. My cat barely eats it so this was a costly mistake on my part. Just beware!

Helped Me Feeling Better, 9/25/2009

Hi, my name is Durango and I am an 8 yr old ferret. I have been very sick for the last 4 weeks. I also ended up at the vets for 4 days. I had lost an awful amount of weight. My mom took me home with my perscriptions. Vet said to feed me gerber baby food(chicken rice or turkey rice stage 2) until I got my strength back. Took me quite awhile. Then my mom introduced me to Ferret Diet. I did not like it at first. She mixed a little with the baby food in at a time and warmed it up for me in the micro. I'm doing alot better now and have got back my strength. Still have a ways to go but I do love it now. Just tell mom to introduce it a little at a time. Oh, she also adds a little fish oil too. Hope this helps the sick guys out there. Love always Durango.

Ulta Blend Chicken, Great stuff I have a ferret Shelter and even sick Ferret start on this they show wonderful improvements in health. Little Ferrets become Big Ferrets. I mix it with Marshall dry that I put in a coffee grinder then I add some ferretone to it they loving the taste. Boy, do they love it thier coats and health just all improve. The problem is 23 ferrets the cost at $2.34 to $1.65 a can makes it hard to afford it everyday. But it's Great ferret food. A+
